LISA-REDD Workshop Report: Social Impact Assessment Methodologies for National or Sub-National REDD+

Summary

In May of 2012, FCMC supported a workshop for the Learning Initiative on Social Impact of REDD+ (LISA-REDD) in Nairobi, Kenya to discuss Social Impact Assessment methodologies. This workshop report summarizes the presentations and discussions at the workshop, and elaborates upon the group’s central themes. The LISA-REDD initiative is an ongoing collaboration between USAID, FCMC, CIFOR, Conservation International, Care International, ODI, IIED, Forest Trends, and the CCBA.
