Summary

This document present a proposed methodology, and step-by-step guidance, for Particpatory Subnational Planning (PSP), tailored to operationalise subnational REDD+ programmes. The methodology is, however, generic and could be applied to any multi-stakeholder land use planning process attempting to achieve a triple bottom line of economic, environmental and social returns.
