This includes areas covered by mangrove forest. This report carried out by the Solomon Islands Law Reform Commission provides a legal review of the legal status of land below high water mark and low water mark reference, which includes areas covered by mangrove forest. The report has five chapters and concludes with a set of recommendations for law reform on land below high water mark and relevant areas.
